Our Covid-19 Procedures

1. Contactless Delivery

In an attempt for us to continue business as normal, we will deliver, set up and remove our equipment in a hassle-free manner. All bookings will be contactless, with our staff maintaining a 2m distance from you at all times, as per the current government guidelines. 

2. Cashless Payment

We operate a cashless system, with all bookings requiring 100% payment in advance of the event. An invoice with the total sum (including VAT) will be sent to the you, with options to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. This takes the stress out of your day, making it more convenient and reducing the risks of cash. 

3. Protective Equipment

We know the importance of protecting you and your loved ones. Therefore, we will ensure that our staff wear relevant personal protective equipment at all times. Masks, gloves and hand sanitiser will be used and changed before and after every booking.

4.  Hygiene

Hygiene is always one of our number one priorities, we want to assure you that all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every use. We take pride in our quality of service, so if you notice something isn't quite right, let us know straight away.

We also ask that you ensure all of your personal belongings are out of the Bell Tents or Teepees prior to collection, this avoids any mixups and ensures we can remove our equipment quickly and efficiently.
