4. Rhubarb Fizz

Looking for a drink that tastes more like juice than alcohol? Something sweet, vibrant and fizzy? The rhubarb fizz is for you, a delicious alternative to the classics but sure to still be a show-stopper!

Ingredients:

  • 50ml white gin

  • 50ml white vermouth

  • 12ml sugar syrup

  • Prosecco

  • Candied Rhubarb

  2. In a tall glass combine the rhubarb syrup, sugar syrup, bitters and gin and mix with a long spoon until fully combined.

  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and a strand of candied rhubarb.

  4. Top with Prosecco, stir and enjoy!

5. Tequila Sunrise

Tequila is an alcohol that you either love or hate and we must admit that we LOVE it!

The unique flavour perfectly balanced with the freshness of orange and tartness of lemon makes it extremely drinkable and extremely addictive.

  • 50ml Tequila

  • 25ml triple sec

  • 1 large orange, juiced

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tsp grenadine

Method:

  1. Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a large glass and set aside.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, triple sec and the fruit juices, shake until the shaker is freezing cold.

  3. Add a few ice cubes into the glass and pour the cocktail over the top.

  4. Garnish with a slice of orange, add a straw (biodegradable, of course!) and serve.
